Our new Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookie came about when we took our Chocolate Chip Cookies and decided they needed something more. So we added crunchy, buttery toffee bits, chewy oats and a hint of cinnamon to the rich chocolate chips for a taste that's new but which we think is going to be popular.
