Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Our goal is to deliver homemade cookies to your door as fresh as possible. We carefully package all of our cookies to ensure that they stay as fresh as we can make them when they get to you. In the normal course, all orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. Delivery is determined by the carrier selected as to whether they deliver on the weekends or holidays. Business Days are Monday – Friday excluding holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Domestic Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We have selected USPS for our standard delivery option. For orders between 1 dozen and 2 ½ dozen cookies, you will be responsible for shipping costs. For orders over 3 dozen cookies, the shipping will be on us. We cannot guarantee exactly when you will get your cookies. Our suggestion is that if you want cookies on Friday, get the order placed by Monday.

We are offering expedited delivery through UPS. In this instance, the shipping cost will be on you no matter what amount is ordered.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Critical Hit Cookies ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Critical Hit Cookies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Critical Hit Cookies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship internationally.
